That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. Bailey was a nice and welcoming instructor. My only complaint is that the mic Bailey had was really fuzzy and the music was loud so sometimes it was really hard to hear what she was saying. I got the movements from visual cues but I didn’t know how many reps/sets to do at many points in the workout. Overall a really fun, effective workout in 30 minutes. I will be back!
