It seems like there's been more effort in the planning, and there's been something new and unique (to me) in each class. Today the music went so well with the poses/transitions that it sometimes felt like a choreographed dance. I also really appreciated that Christian started the class being open about his rough day at work and turned that into motivation for the class. I had a bad day too and didn't want to be there, but that completely changed my mindset. I love when yoga classes are more than just stretching and exercising, and that's often my experience at Sweatheory.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenSuper awesome workout space- I really liked having the benches with all the weights included so you didn’t have to stop your workout to change weights. Bailey was a nice and welcoming instructor. My only complaint is that the mic Bailey had was really fuzzy and the music was loud so sometimes it was really hard to hear what she was saying. I got the movements from visual cues but I didn’t know how many reps/sets to do at many points in the workout. Overall a really fun, effective workout in 30 minutes. I will be back!
