alle Bewertungen anzeigenVery clear instructions, perfect for someone who is new to yoga/still learning. Sarah also gave modifications and one-on-one assistance. The music was a little random but i was struggling so tuned it out after the first few minutes. I wish the studio allowed more natural light, but the space was clean and the class was 10/10.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGigi’s class is the best! The yoga parts of class are grounding and relaxing, focused on deep breathing, while the cardio part is fun and energizing. I didn’t think I could ever do cardio in a hot studio but Gigi’s positive attitude/amazing playlist gets me through it and I actually enjoy it! I always feel great after class. I definitely recommend it!
