I’m hard of hearing and have to wear ear plugs in the class to protect what hearing I have left, if I could take a quieter class here, I would be ecstatic. (My Apple Watch consistently tells me the volume of the classroom is at a damaging level).

I have incredibly tight hips and even in pigeon and seated folds I felt so relaxed but also deeply stretched. alle Bewertungen anzeigenWhen I go to her classes, I really feel like I’m able to do *more* and I’m not self conscious about being 100%. Some of the other people at solidcore move like gazelles on those carriages but even if you don’t (like me), she really encourages you to try and even spells out what modifications are available. I love how she went around during lunges and gave everyone the option to use support without singling any person out. I’ll definitely try her class again. She encourages toes but doesn’t push it and doesn’t make you feel bad for not doing it. Because of that motivation, I find that I am more likely to try things that I simply don’t want to with other instructors. Go to her class!! Especially if you’ve been scared off by other classes at solidcore before. 🫶🏼

Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.

He was upbeat, well aware of everyone’s movements, always walking around correcting us to make sure we were well positioned (which I appreciated bc I wasn’t doing it right 🫢). He kept saying everybody’s names which I think was a great idea: it kept everybody very engaged and letting them know he was having an eye on them. Encouraging everyone. We had newbies and he was not letting them give up! Great trainer, happy motivating, and contagious upbeat positive energy. 🫶🏻

I strategically placed myself next to someone who has taken +100 classes and I’m glad I did because without a visual guide it can be hard to follow just the verbal cues from the instructor. I really appreciated the instructor giving me a little extra attention since it was my first class and helped me with hand on adjustments. I definitely will try some more classes

This class really puts you to work and makes you work for it blood, sweat and tears. Claude was really motivating. The playlist was on point and kept me going throughout. From the squats to the booty band and burpees, this is not for the faint of heart.

She made sure to check each students movements so that they had correct posture etc. She’s very cognizant of how each student is doing and gives personalized adjustments as class goes on. I love how she gives each student the materials (like the ball or ring) and cleaning bottle/cloth at the end of class instead of making each student grab it themselves - obviously this is something we can do on our own, but she’s so sweet for doing it for us.
