I found it very soothing and many of the techniques are easy to do at home. It's also clear that Anna cares very much about the class. If you have any doubts just give it a shot. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Also, would recommend trying sooner rather than later. I don't think this class is going anywhere but Flowmagin tends to shuffle its schedule a lot.

I booked a sports massage hoping for a lil variety, but it was lacking the depth I craved so once I spoke up, she altered the intensity and the rest of the massage was great. My only concern is that I am not sure that it actually addresses the lymphatic system since your lymph vessels are very superficial and just below the surface of the skin. The rollers do direct all of the pressure upwards toward the heart and if you don’t fully lean in to the machine that could work. I am quite sore today but would definitely go back. Also, the 45-minutes session seemed long, so for your first time 30 minutes might be better.

In the notes for booking, it advised to get to the office 15 minutes early. I arrived within that window and, inside, the lights were off and the door was locked. I decided to wait it out until it got closer to my appointment. I ended up standing at the door for 25 minutes which fed into my booked 60-minute time. I tried calling Prism’s office number and immediately was taken to voicemail. I emailed and also got no answer. I still have yet to receive confirmation or an update on this issue, and it has been 4 days since. Defenitley hoping for a full refund or credits back from ClassPass. Huge L.
