Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

Marcus paired me with an excellent, helpful partner and checked in on me to encourage me and assist with form. The challenges can be overcome with familiarity and with consistency it's a good workout.

They have screens that demonstrate the exercise, so you always know what you’re doing & those screens do all the counting & queue-ing you could need. The instructor was able to come around and give some form tips, but a lot of it was screen-guided. The others in class were very encouraging, challenging me to push myself. Overall, it was quick, to the point & I feel properly exercised.
