Everyone is SO welcoming and you can ask many many questions and do things at your own pace or with modifications as needed. It was exactly what I wanted and I can’t wait to become a regular.

She reminds me of the instructors I started with about 15 years ago, that first made me fall in love with spin. she makes class fun, her energy is through the roof. She's supportive in the way that she pushes every student, and she individually checks on every single student to make sure that they are doing the ride correctly, and giving it their best. You can tell that her heart is 100% invested as a spent teacher. Great class! Awesome workout!!!!
