Then I realized how handy they are for referencing form questions that I had while doing the moves. And the instructors rove around giving form tips. The time is efficiently used, with one overview and the. The video loops for reference and expert input. What I was really hoping for came - ten minutes after class I caught myself humming in the grocery store. This might be the type workout that spikes my serotonin. Looking forward to going again and seeing if the next class gifts the chemical happy too. I also liked the instructors. Helpful, warm, grounded.

I liked Natalie’s personality, she seemed genuine like nothing felt forced as far as her energy! You can tell she’s very seasoned & is just doing her thing, not trying to be like other studios. Studio was super clean and cute. I’m a personal trainer and group instructor myself, and I’ve been to many many classes/studios in this area and I liked this the vibe at this stu and this booty class, specifically was fire! I would say if you’ve never ever taken a yoga class it might be helpful to at least watch a yoga video on YouTube prior to taking this class, but you can also just observe and try to replicate what’s she’s doing-even if you don’t know the names of poses!

Eric was great about helping me get my hands wrapped, and the class was well structured with both group activities and 1-1 practice with him. There's some conditioning involved, too, although whether that's a pro or con is up to you -- on one hand, a multi-faceted workout, but on the other, less time boxing.
