I LOVED the class and can't wait to go back. The instructor was great at providing details for each step. Hannah demonstrated how to perform the move and asked if anyone needed any accommodations. I had a great workout, and I'm SO happy I went and didn't cancel.

Aside from being an insane pro athlete and lifter, he’s an equally great instructor; coach really thoroughly teaches you technique and corrects your form. Will definitely be back.
