The man at the desk was very nice about it and said I can come back to get a full class… I asked if I could just watch the rest of the class that I was signed up for and he said yes. alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class actually starts at 5:30pm instead of 5:15pm and was taught by Josh instead of Alex. Josh was great! I’m super new to CrossFit and lifting and he was so incredibly patient with me and offered many modifications / demo’ed to me repeatedly how to have proper form. The atmosphere was very welcoming and definitely makes me want to come back again!
