I've read so many of his reviews and lots of people have told me to try his class, It is sooooooo good, the workout was tough, the music was banging, the vibes and atmosphere are 100%. Also front of house staff were extremely helpful, Christian instantly made me feel welcome and a part of the Kobox family, I can't recommend Connor enough, can't wait to book his class again!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenWow what a find! I loved this class with Taylor who was an amazing instructor. We were 8 in the class and he managed to pay attention to every single one of us. Very approachable and didn’t make boxing daunting. The cherry on the top was the really friendly Front of House members of staff who accommodated my husband when he was a few mins late. Such a nice welcoming vibes here, unlike some similar studios in the area. And the facilities are top class! I will definitely be back!

I would not recommend it for complete beginners considering everything is super quick. Also, you need to decide on your own which dumbbell and kettlebell to use. The policy says to bring a towel, but it’s not required (only if you shower of course). Do not arrive earlier than 10 min because you will enter directly during the previous class (there is no reception, you enter in the training area as you step in).

As a relative beginner to the world of Pilates (tried it for the first time in March and have fallen in love), this was exactly what I was looking for. Gharda is a great instructor - attentive, clear and takes the time to learn everyone's name so she can offer personal corrections throughout. I've left feeling both warmer and taller. I'll be back :-)

While I appreciate her dedication to explaining the background and details of each move, it took up a lot of time and left less time for practicing. Her way of guiding our movements felt a bit too strong, instead of gently encouraging us to push our limits. And those loud noises she made for demonstrations could be overwhelming and distracting. Though she meant well, her instructions weren't always clear, which confused some of us. Also, keeping a balance between exercises on each side of the body seemed tricky, which might have affected how effective the workout was. If you're after a class focused mainly on core and strength training, this might not be the best choice, as it leaned more towards yoga and ballet inspired stretches.
