She is very kind and sweet w all yogis and makes you feel welcomed from day 1. Her classes will challenge you and make break a sweat. If you want a slower paced one, try the slow flow! Also, she ends her classes with sound bowls. I have done her sound bath sessions and they are phenomenal. You will sleep like a baby after them!!!

The meditation and intention-setting journaling is a great way to end the class with a clear mind and powerful intentions for your day ahead. I felt rejuvenated after this class and even got to make some friends and have uplifting interactions with other classmates thanks to the community aspect of this class

For some reason I thought the class would be outside so I’ve been avoiding this place because it’s been so hot, but they have a beautiful space.
