Their team of coaches at Brickyard really set them apart. And… as light and fun as Conner can be, his workout definitely kicked my butt! After class they spoke to me about different membership options but said I could continue to participate using ClassPass credits. It was a pretty tough nonstop with good combination of high and low impact cardio options and weight resistance training. Probably would describe the class I took as a little less than Boot Camp or across Fit type class…. I will definitely use credits to go back👍
