    STUDIO-A: Heated Vinyasa Flow

    Nicole was great, the instructions were clear and easy to follow; challenging but doable class for any level; the room was at a perfect temperature. Really recommend the studio and the instructor!

    Gym Time

    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

    LIFT: FULL BODY

    This class was awesome! The program was effective, vibe was energetic, and coach was so attentive and motivational. The class had a strong community feel. The gym feels boutique but way more down to earth than the big fitness chains. Highly recommend!!

    Self Healing with Wooden Pillow

    Relaxing overall but it was a bit more talking/brighter lights than I was hoping for at end of long day! I prefer my recovery classes to feel like light suggestions and deep, slow movements mixed in with the lymphatic drainage aspects (which were a great element of this class!)
