I can't recall his name but I would like him and F45 know that he is one of the most attentive and caring Coach so far I have joined F45! alle Bewertungen anzeigenWas kinda worried cos I m a noob and ain’t a runner and tru enuf it was hard for me no kidding HAHAHHA 🥵🥵 Held onto the wall to pant after class (in the locker room ofc) HAHHAHA BUT great workout and clear instructions by the instructor…(not that I cud follow all of it tho but thankful for his kindness as he didn’t call me out for it…) if I ever return I’ll go for his class🌞
