The therapist is very friendly. Tho I was a bit late due to lost my way. She still patiently helped me to complete the treatment. And the VIO area are all being taken care off. Hope to see some effect on this as I have been doing IPL and not seeing improvement.

The wax was incredibly sticky and she was struggling to pull it out.. so this caused severe irritation on the face. Then she spilt wax on my hair , at the side of my neck, and as this could not be taken out - she was left with no choice but to snip a bit of my hair off :/ Therapist was apologetic, and did not charge for the wax treatment - as visibly the service could not be delivered..
