Studio also has washrooms and shower areas for washing up, but they are a little dim in my opinion. Other than that, a good exposure to boxing for those who are new!

Would have liked a bit more time spent on teaching the basics, but otherwise a good experience. There's a real community there which can be slightly intimidating as a first-timer there but everyone is nice and friendly.

We worked on two techniques of guard passing into side control, then had positional sparring before ending the class. I liked that there was no pointless warm-up and that we dived straight into drills. Not exactly beginner-friendly, but I would definitely consider coming here again. Thanks Coach Shah!
