I would say it’s not super beginner friendly but definitely a good class to challenge yourself and the instructor was great. She saw me struggling a few times and came over to correct my form without being mean about it. Highly recommend but I think I will build my strength more before attending again just so I can show up to the best of my ability.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenClass was fun! I liked the instructor, they were welcoming and showed me how to use the equipment before class! The desk clerk showed me around, the space was pretty clean, and the locker rooms were big and had lockers with locks that were easy to use. I didn't like having to run back out to my car to place a parking permit on my dash (just one more thing to do). The playlist was good but not great. I wish we could tell or have input somehow.

The instructor jonaton is great, he gives feedback on your form in a gentle and kind way and shares positive reinforcement. Overall I would definitely attend this class or any other classes with the instructor. (Note: the day after my body is extremely sore so I know I did some good work)!
