She supports and encourages people to listen to their own bodies, saying “your body is your best feedback loop to tell you what’s right for you.” She’s good at keeping the energy up, and letting us know where we’re at in the workout. I appreciated that, as a new person.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat class. Easy to follow and the instructor was great at making sure everyone had a chance to be in front for a better view. She also made the class very interactive by asking questions/feedback from the class making sure everyone was on the same page. She also proactively slowed down and went over the parts that she observed were more difficult for the group. Would definitely recommend.
