alle Bewertungen anzeigenI love this class, but the instructor this time said midway through the class “it’s not rocket science people, follow the person in front of you…” This is a class where you want everyone comfortable with asking questions on how to do something, otherwise people could hurt themselves. You don’t want someone too embarrassed to ask questions. All it takes is one person not understanding how to do one exercise and it can throw lots of people off.

This class is a challenge and always makes me work, but it's very scalable to your level of ability and fitness. It was my first time at a cross fit gym but not my first time working out, so I really appreciate the correction in my form/technique because I had no idea I’d been doing squats wrong forever lol.
