alle Bewertungen anzeigenI think she was a calming instructor. Her flow was hard for sure but it at times was a little choppy or advanced for the students in class. Everyone looked pretty rough and confused for some of it. My body feels really good and refreshed after so I give it 5 stars. And I like her energy a lot. I just think the flow and cues could be more well thought out for the clientele. Spending 5 minutes at the beginning of class talking about your hands and feet and how they should feel during yoga just didn’t really land

I love that it was a whole-baby workout but focused mainly on the back, as so many classes neglect that area. I was sore in my back muscles, shoulders, biceps, and hamstrings. I highly recommend this class if you’re looking for a truly challenging workout that incorporates strength, cardio and yoga.

All the small details that most studios don’t have which engage all the senses like cold scented towels, lighting, music and overall great clean studio which is super important for hot yoga. I’m happy I found a yoga studio I love!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenJust moved back to OB after a long hiatus in other neighborhoods, and Indie Yoga is the closest studio to me. I’ve tried two classes so far, and they were both great. Charity will probably become one of my favorite teachers. Her vinyasa 2 flow was strong, challenging, and expertly paced with the perfect playlist to complement challenging sequences. I left feeling alive and inspired.

She gives lots of modifiers so that it’s good for all levels. I also love that she gives useful hands on assist and keeps the poses and flows to good and traditional. Sometimes I feel like some yoga instructors get “too creative” where the flows are more about looking cool and less about connecting with your body. As such I super love this instructor and class! Highly recommend .

BUT Chris really knows how to target those muscles that weren’t targeted until today. I personally enjoyed the challenge, her guidance and her willingness to assist. She was hands on, very informative and she steadily flowed us through the class. PS: She’s quite nice! 😊
