My body was aching the next day after the class. Choreo was pretty fast with some challenging moves but still achievable especially if you already have experience in other dancing styles.

We had to start from the very basics of line dancing. It seemed like everyone there has never done line dancing but she was very patient and the music was great. This is supposed to be a series of classes going easy to hard so I would like to go back and learn some new skills.

Although I couldn’t get some of the movements down, the instructor Steffi was very encouraging 🤗 I loved moving my body in a way I hadn’t before and it was also a nice intro class to see how the studio is ran and to see the pole set ups!
