I really liked the instructor, very welcoming and encouraging. The front desk attendant was the most unprofessional experience in customer service I have received in a long time, especially as a first time client. Luckily the instructor made up for her lack of professionalism.

I love the class and the instructor was excellent! The black lights are fun but I feel we could just have the DJ and keep the regular lighting. It’s a bit dark and we move around a lot, I’m a bit worried I’m going to trip and fall. Great music!

Hailey’s classes aren’t just yoga for me, they feel like an experience. I’m so grateful I am able to learn from her. Her queuing, her energy, her flows. Amazing. Lucky to start my week off every Monday morning with this gift .

    STRENGTH + Flow + Heat

Really liked this space and location. Whitney was interactive and personal and moved around during the class, demoing the poses in different spots and giving helpful cues in the poses. Instructors + employees were very friendly and accommodating—another person had showed up for a class that they were still on the waitlist for and they added them into another class that had room. The heated room was smudged with palo santo incense👍 First-time doing a heated class but I should’ve known better and brought a towel for sweat! Good spray bottles and cloths for cleaning up the mats after. Will be back as often as I can.

Class was great! Jenn is a great and experienced instructor. She provided a full body workout and kept us laughing through the challenging exercises. This was my first time going to the JCC. It’s a bit confusing getting in the building. You need to ring the doorbell at the front, tell them you’re there with ClassPass, show your ID upon entry and sign in on a visitor sheet. It would be helpful if this information was listed here on ClassPass so others are in the loop and knew to bring their ID. That process takes a few minutes so give yourself some extra time upon arrival.
