alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat class—I was a complete beginner but most people in the class were not. Instructor taught me the basic punches and I was able to follow along with the boxing exercises pretty easily! Most of the class was conditioning—VERY intense, great workout!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenAmazing experience. Teachers were great and you must meet mama savage. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Jiu jitsu was tough as a beginner but everyone was very welcoming. Also watched some of the boxing class and I definitely want to go back for a whole class.
