She started the session with playing singing bowls (she really knew what she’s doing - it was great too) and taught an amazing flow afterwards. Somehow it felt so gentle and dynamic at the same time! I didn’t go to a class like that for a while now and lemme tell you, it was an amazing way to start my Saturday. She corrected my postures when needed after asking me permission to do it - I will really take those corrections with me! Thank you! I’ll follow her from now and am looking forward to take more of her classes!!

Randi was super helpful answering questions about adjustments and was very welcoming. I felt free to meet myself where I am in my practice.

I am healing from a herniated disc that caused sciatica (I’m in my 20s) so it was a very difficult phase in my life where I wasn’t able to ambulate my entire left side of the body. Now that I’m healing and getting back into light physical activity, I took it easy and tried my best and built tolerance. It helped as her poses and activity are easy to follow along! I’m glad I took this class as a beginner!
