This may not be for everybody, but I really enjoyed it. The flow fit the tempo of the music, so it made sense and was not distracting.

All of her classes are unique and thoughtful, and extremely challenging, but she’s right in it with you. It’s not just a class; it’s truly a cathartic healing experience.

It really asks you to engage completely and thoughtfully. Remembering the long sequences is hard…at first. It does get easier. As far as teaching form, not this particular class. The instructors are, however, thoughtful and willing to take time after class.
