The class is set up in stations with a mix of cardio and strengthen exercises that were challenging but modifiable to anyone’s fitness level. Highly recommend for a workout that will get your heart rare up while listening to great music and sharing a few laughs with the group.

Even though it was called hip hop "kick", it was 90% air punching and very little kicking, not sure if it's always like that. The class is inside Fitness Works on the third floor, so you have to walk through the gym.
