alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe instructors showed the exercises on the screen and we were put into groups of 2 people per station. I was 5-minutes late, but still able to join and jumped right in. We probably went through each station 3-4 times in-between short breaks, then crunches, and then did stretches. It was very rapid so you need to keep up, but I was still able to go at my own pace. It was interesting, since it was my first time, but fun. Definitely a HIIT class.

I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.
