It seems like there's been more effort in the planning, and there's been something new and unique (to me) in each class. Today the music went so well with the poses/transitions that it sometimes felt like a choreographed dance. I also really appreciated that Christian started the class being open about his rough day at work and turned that into motivation for the class. I had a bad day too and didn't want to be there, but that completely changed my mindset. I love when yoga classes are more than just stretching and exercising, and that's often my experience at Sweatheory.

I love how the class is in a dark calming setting. She is even playing all of the Hits-Janet Jackson, Earth Wind and Fire, Sade, Stevie Wonder, and even relaxing instrumental music. I felt so rejuvenated and that I sweated out some uneccesssry calories with my first class on Wednesday April 24th. I attended the 7:30 session. I will definitely be attending weekly at least twice a week. She teaches a class on Thursday as well and I look forward to it!!!! The Eucalyptus Lavender Towel was very refreshing as well that is provided at the end of the class.

Bailey was a nice and welcoming instructor. My only complaint is that the mic Bailey had was really fuzzy and the music was loud so sometimes it was really hard to hear what she was saying. I got the movements from visual cues but I didn’t know how many reps/sets to do at many points in the workout. Overall a really fun, effective workout in 30 minutes. I will be back!
