I liked the pace of the class and the exercises kept me engaged and the time went by fast. Lakana was helpful and came over to assist with form. I recommend the class!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenA fun but still challenging class. I was feeling pretty weak coming in from recovering, but all the moves were easy to get going and get comfortable with the movement. I love the layout here and Katie was very helpful. All the stations were very clear exercises were informative and had great energy at 5 am. The gym is big and sleek. Everyone was also friendly and welcoming with high-fives. I was drenched at the end and Katie took some time to walk with me through the space and talk more which is appreciated.

I wasn’t familiar with some of the weights/equipment but Piko was happy to teach me proper form to avoid injuries and get the most out of it. Highly recommend for beginners and seasoned weight-lifters alike! Class was held out back in “The Yard” so be aware of the weather, and bring some water to stay hydrated.

This class focused on upper body but had a great heart pumping warmup and laps in between the stations to get your heart rate up! The moves look simple but they were tough.
