Robert took the time to make his way around the class to each person, help them on their form, say their name, and make them feel welcomed! I’ve been attending this class for some time and that never happens. It was such a breath of fresh air and I’m hoping a new instructor switch is coming because it is necessary. Robert is fantastic and if you haven’t taken his class yet, get to booking it right away!

I love her classes and she goes above and beyond every time, whether it’s a typical Thursday or if its my birthday, I bring new friends, bring a date (lol), or give a song suggestion. She’s wonderful!

He explained each move and corrected my form (which was the main reason I wanted to take a class!) Everyone in class was so nice and welcoming. They explain and get gear for you so you don’t feel lost if it’s your first time. I would actually join and I’m not a gym person lol

I wasn’t familiar with some of the weights/equipment but Piko was happy to teach me proper form to avoid injuries and get the most out of it. Highly recommend for beginners and seasoned weight-lifters alike! Class was held out back in “The Yard” so be aware of the weather, and bring some water to stay hydrated.
