My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

The class was for all levels but honestly if I had little to no prior experience in yoga this would have been way more difficult. Would say it’s more intermediate. The class was fast paced and if you’re looking for more of a workout style than this is perfect. Loved that she offers a lot of alternatives and different ways to support your body through the different poses. This is a great class and is challenging in the best way!

It went fast so it’s not a great class for a beginner who doesn’t know basic yoga moves terminology. However, Kelly was very helpful with prompts on how to have better form.
