alle Bewertungen anzeigenAnas zijn lessen zijn oprecht de zwaarste lessen als je gewoon lekker wilt blijven bewegen en gesloopt wilt worden. Ook zijn de rondes die je doet precies lang genoeg. Als in je staat niet te lang stil en je hoeft niet extreem lang zelf te bewegen waardoor je niet meer op techniek kan letten. Ook loopt Anas goed rond en geeft hij tips. Je merkt dat zijn lessen voorbereid zijn!
