The space is stunning, but there’s not a lot of light from the window and there’s no mirrors to check your form. The class was very relaxed and slow paced. KJ provided plenty of modifications for moves which makes this class really good for beginners.

Having come in with back issues he went through and analyzed what muscles I was Miss using and guided me to use the correct ones to relieve myself of any future back pain.
