Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI‘m normally very bad in running and my cardio fitness is miserable, I was still able to run (slow) most of the class and it was fun! Beforehand I was kinda scared and thought about canceling the class, but I’m so glad I went!

I don’t know how he does it, but he keeps an eye on everybody so he can watch your form and cheer you on. People have injuries and they just let him know before class and he will make modifications on the fly. It’s just so great to be able to do a real class that you get a real sweat on and have real fun with a great instructor who truly cares and looks to inspire everyone to work together. Can’t wait to take this class again!
