Just a note for the studio, and this might be subjective but I just can’t get on board with the music choices lately - it used to be fun throwbacks or remix’s. Over time the music has become extremely repetitive and irritating especially in the morning. Feel free to switch it up :)

It was a bootcamp class with treadmill and strength exercises, didn’t feel like too much focus on core. regardless, it was a good workout, very cool studio and great instructor.

John is an exceptional instructor concentrating on form and providing options for all levels. As a beginner I felt very supported during this class and also encouraged to finish.
