alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class is everything that I didn’t know I needed! Jessica was an amazing instructor and created such a safe space for us to express ourselves freely. This is not your typical dance class with specific steps or counts to follow which I absolutely loved. Instead, Jessica instructed us to allow our bodies to speak to us and move in ways that felt intuitive. We each created our own dance as we tapped into our inner knowing and connected deeply with our bodies. It was truly a beautiful experience and I will definitely be back!

She reminds me of the instructors I started with about 15 years ago, that first made me fall in love with spin. she makes class fun, her energy is through the roof. She's supportive in the way that she pushes every student, and she individually checks on every single student to make sure that they are doing the ride correctly, and giving it their best. You can tell that her heart is 100% invested as a spent teacher. Great class! Awesome workout!!!!
