I was able to modify the workout to something within my range. I learned some new tips. Great instructor. Great gym. 10/10 would recommend.

She assisted me to push my flexibility which I haven’t experienced since I was a cheerleader and gymnast. So so fun. I felt so strong & child like learning this style. I couldn’t find a review on it and realized it’s new, highly recommend giving it a try. ❤️🔥 thank you so much. Xo
