The class was excellent Amy is an amazing instructor, her flow was perfect from the beginning to the end , her cueing super clear , her timing perfect , she flow from the front to the back of your mat using the transition as part of the flow , took props to improve the poses she added balance and core exercises in between the practice and she was able to add a Detour ALSO to practice a head stance or hand stance, also in One hour she adjusted all of Us . I totally recommend her practice and if I will need to evaluate Her performance I will said this session was a 10 stars !!!! This human being has so much potential and knowledge. That her doesn’t know it Yet . Thank so much for this wonderful privilege practice you did it today in a hot Saturday summer , looking forward to catch up in another time with you practice.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenLoved her calm, cool instruction and alignment reminders. The calmness of her voice prompts made it easier to focus & hold challenging standing poses, longer. I found the sitting, stretching movements on the mat to be a little rushed but then again it was an Express 1hr class. Overall, a wonderful experience.

She’s an amazing teacher, really lets you feel comfortable and has suggestions for modifications. I will definitely be back, I had such an amazing time

Particularly, loved the focus on a particular organ of the body, the sound healing component at the end, and how she would hold with the instruments near each person while playing the sounds.

I found it perfect for easing into yoga and Afro-Caribbean dance classes, especially if you're feeling a bit timid. I love how Phoenix incorporated moments for reflection on gratitude and intentions, which also added a meaningful dimension to the practice. Monday Yoga at Tarpon River Brewing

I strongly suggest to check out this beer yoga. It’s more of a laid back and chilled vibe and flow. Took some Dior’s of this awesome beer while doing so and it was an overall win!!
