alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class was WORK but nothing to shy away from! There was a mix of Beg/Int and it consisted of working on small and bigger muscle groups. Samira’s instructions were straightforward and she provided assistance/alternatives for more complex or strenuous exercises. The studio is a hole in the wall but a good size and intimate. I certainly enjoyed the challenge and workout! ✨

alle Bewertungen anzeigenWhew! Chris was such a good CHALLENGE! I had no idea what I was getting myself into, as I had taken another reformer class with a different instructor at this location. BUT Chris really knows how to target those muscles that weren’t targeted until today. I personally enjoyed the challenge, her guidance and her willingness to assist. She was hands on, very informative and she steadily flowed us through the class. PS: She’s quite nice! 😊
