The instructor was great! She also fanned us all cool after the class with her towel! Which I think is super special!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat instructor and class. Fun welcoming vibe and a challenging but not pushy class. My only negative is that the studio is a bit hot. I know that's the name and aim of the studio, but I wonder if I am the only one who comes for the instructors and the vibe, and is a bit put off by the temperature, especially in summer.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenAnita did a great job stepping in at the last minute! The session was really well taught, especially as she really focused on how to properly use our core. Although it was quite leg focused so a bit more balance with core & arms would be great next time.
