Definitely not pilates except for the ab section so I definitely think they need to rename this to something like “hot sculpt.” Also wish they had at least eight-pound weights for things like lunges! Regardless this instructor is super great at cueing and moving around, love her energy. I feel like this studio definitely took comments to heart and greatly improved the sound in the studio and the customer service at the front desk. I’m a big fan now, especially with the variety and number of classes they offer - super convenient especially with free validated parking!

Think of it as free therapy, because the gems Mike drops throughout class makes you think of life in a different perspective- a better one. It also doesn’t hurt that his music is a good mix- which gets you more into the class

The studio was quiet which was SO nice…. The music was perfect & the atmosphere was just serene. Highly recommend & will be back next week. They even offered tea at the end of class!! 🫶🏻💕

alle Bewertungen anzeigenVerónica is wonderful for a deep and serious workout/conditioning, beyond all the yoga mode-vibe that is also awesome. It's the only instructor that makes me do pincha. What she does on her warming up and has her flow that makes be able to do it it's a mystery for me.
