alle Bewertungen anzeigenIt is perfect for all levels and excellent for those who have never stepped into the world of Pilates before. It was comfortable, informal, and informative. It felt like the entire class knew each other for ages despite the case being the exact opposite of that. The instructor (Jennifer, I believe) was so kind, and encouraging, and they walked me through every step with such warmth and a comforting approach that I wasn't conscious or self-aware at all. I think this is a perfect class for any fitness level. I can't wait to go back! It's a small class, but you don't feel pressured by that at all. The flow is perfectly created where you don’t feel the strain of a workout in a negative way. In fact, it flew by!
