First of all, we were a couple minutes late and they made us feel welcome still, jumping in to help get admin and setup out of the way. During the workout, Shai was an amazing instructor :) the moments I was at my max there was encouragement, and Shai truly has a gift for knowing when to push and suggest a higher weight! If you're looking for a solid in and out workout that goes by quickly, F45 is great and the Largo location was especially inviting! P.S. playlists are great here too!

I will say though that they heavily try to sell you their club membership and it can be uncomfortable especially if you just like to leave after a workout and not talk to anyone
