At first I wondered if the workout would be too much of a beginner level vibe (based on foundations title), but this was definitely advanced-beginner or intermediate! Good challenge and good sweat sesh. Studio aesthetic is on point and the locker room and bathroom area is a nice touch especially if you need to freshen up after class.

Also, side note, if you happen to be super sensitive, it seems like they may use gentle and natural-ish detergents and scents, which is a subtle but important detail for some. A favorite place.
