This would be a good class for beginners or for people with more experience! You will be sore the next day :)

It was my first time taking a class at Tuck Barre & Yoga and her class + the beautiful studio left a great impression on me! The trees and interior decor gave a very nature vibe. Love how they provided chocolates for class participants. Just a very wholesome place to go to even though it was a rainy day.
