I had so much fun and my booty is BURNING in all the good ways ha I’d absolutely recommend this class if you’re looking to tone all your small muscle groups and want a little more hype and action than a Pilates class. Brooke is a beast, idk how she was cheering us on nevermind breathing during some of those exercises 😅 #goals

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGoing there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!
