Instructor was upbeat, motivational and professional:))Work using the pedestal, wrist/ankle weights, and barre was challenging and engages muscles differently so your muscles get a different “perspective”! Even when certain moves were challenging, the instructor welcomed and offered modifications which made me feel included. Never felt bad for stopping for an additional breather or water break if needed, either. Looking forward to trying their other classes, soon!
