alle Bewertungen anzeigenDaisy has great energy. Cueing is tough for a beginner but most of the class was very experienced and the wall of mirrors made it easy to follow along. I recommend you have some yoga experience before taking a 60 min version because the poses go quickly. The room gets very hot so be prepared with a mat towel. I recommend this studio if bikram is your style!
