Heavenly dozed off during savasana and sound bath. Only minus points: the door was opened only shortly before class; I prefer a calmer arrival. And: the floor is still very cold (I’d been once before to the studio to a yin class and it was really uncomfortably cold then). During the asana practice this time it was ok but during savasana I still felt the floor too chill.

The hip-hop yoga was really good for the amateurs like me who add yoga in the training schedule. I really liked the playlist, that was an experience! Definitely will come back :)

A pesar de que la clase y la profe me gustaron mucho, me decepcionó que justo ese día no hubiese ajustes ni masaje final (bueno, fue masaje sonoro) pero reservé porque mi cuerpo lo necesitaba mucho y me hubiera gustado que me avisasen, con una notificacion del cambio por ejemplo.

Challenging though it was, I really enjoyed it and will be coming back - Oksana made it comfortable, the girls at the reception are super nice and I’m OBSESSED with the fact that you can also have breakfast here as well as different options for drinks 🤍
